Welcome
I am a licensed psychologist who provides integrative psychotherapy that attends to the emotional, relational, and physical aspects of experience. My work draws from relational, somatic, and acceptance-based approaches to help individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or impacted by past experiences develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and ease.

What feels ready to change?

Many clients I work with recognize themselves in some of the following experiences:
-
Living with ongoing physical discomfort or symptoms that haven’t been fully explained or relieved
-
Having strong insight, creativity, and intelligence, yet struggling to follow through on what you want
-
Repeating painful or unfulfilling relationship patterns, even when you can see them forming
-
Reestablishing meaning after leaving a religion, community, or belief system that no longer fits
-
Feeling torn between who you are and who you’re expected to be
-
Feeling frozen by fear of others’ reactions, keeping important decisions or transitions on hold
-
Carrying the impact of earlier experiences, shaping your present, even though the danger has passed.

If somatic therapy sounds helpful, but “being in your body” doesn’t feel intuitive, you are not alone. This is an area I have had to intentionally develop myself, and I understand how vulnerable—or even unfamiliar—it can feel to shift from analyzing emotions to experiencing them. I work with clients to bridge that gap at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

How I Work
While my practice is integrative, I draw from a number of evidence based modalities to provide individualized treatment that meets each client's unique needs and preferences.
Relational Psychodynamic Therapy
My work is grounded in an understanding that our patterns of relating—to others and to ourselves—were shaped in important early relationships and often continue outside of our awareness. Together, we pay attention to what shows up between us in real time, using the therapeutic relationship as a place to notice, question, and gently revise old expectations. The goal is not to analyze you, but to help you experience yourself differently in relationship—more fully, more honestly, and with greater freedom.
Somatic Therapy (including Somatic Experiencing and AEDP)
I work with the understanding that many experiences—especially overwhelming or painful ones—are stored in the body as much as in the mind. We slow things down to notice physical sensations, emotional shifts, and subtle nervous-system responses, helping your system learn that it no longer has to stay on constant alert. This approach emphasizes safety, emotional depth, and the body’s natural capacity to move toward healing when it feels supported.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy
When pain persists despite medical reassurance, it is often maintained by the brain’s threat system rather than by ongoing tissue damage. Using concepts from pain reprocessing therapy, we work to change how your brain interprets physical sensations, helping it move out of danger mode and into a state of safety. This process is collaborative and empowering, aiming to reduce fear around symptoms while restoring abilities and access to activities you love.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps create space between you and the thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations that have been running your life. Rather than trying to eliminate discomfort, we focus on changing your relationship to it—so it has less control over your choices. This work is values-oriented, helping you move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned, even in the presence of pain, uncertainty or vulnerability.
